2003, I started getting lean and if I put on my cloth it will get loose on my
body. I visited many hospitals but could not get solution until I was admitted
in Lagos University Teaching Hospital . My PCV was 6% then I was informed that I had CML. I
said what? I got to Ife in 2004 and since then I have been using Glivec
religiously. Initially it was difficult for me as I was having shrink leg and
losing my hair, I had to cut my hair. I really thank God, Professor Durosinmi
and his team and Max Foundation for this gesture. If you are not taking your
drug as you are directed you are just causing problem for yourself.’

to continue. God will continue to take care of all of us.’
